Your retreat is right around the corner- we can’t wait to meet you. Please let us know if you have any questions or are unable to attend for any reason. Please review the retreat policies HERE before the retreat.

If you are feeling apprehensive or having doubts, that’s totally normal. Please take a minute and look at the comments left by military families just like yours!

“My husband and I were in a place of despair.  But since attending Project Sanctuary we are stronger and closer and are no longer talking divorce.  I understand more about PTSD and now am able to be more helpful to my husband.” – Military Spouse

“I learned how to socialize again and meet people and brothers of all services.  I can now go out with my wife and family and do things and have fun.”  – Veteran

“Project Sanctuary has surpassed my expectations further that I could have imagined.  I made realizations that I didn’t know were possible.  It has brought us closer as a family and we will continue to grow.” – Veteran

Late Cancellations

Canceling your retreat at a late date- You will lose your $100 commitment fee; we will lose $7,000 on your prepaid lodging and activities. Also, your family will not be eligible to attend a retreat for 2 years. Ultimately, there will be an empty, paid cabin where a military family should be. If there are any issues or illness-related matters, please let us know ASAP; we will do whatever we can to work with you.

What to Pack:

Dress is casual for the entire retreat, so bring what you are most comfortable wearing. You have the option to dress up for your family portraits and Heroes Dinner at the end of the week. For family photos, solid colors are best. See the packing list HERE

Check In:

Warm Beach is located at 20800 Marine Drive Stanwood, WA 98292. See the driving directions HERE. See the campus map HERE.  If you are having trouble locating Warm Beach, please call 360-652-7575 or800-228-6724.

Check-in is from 3:00-5:00 pm at the main office.

Safe travels and see you soon!

“This retreat has helped our family build a closer bond. During the retreat our children learned to identify and communicate their emotions better. As parents we learned to be the person they need. Also, my husband and I learned a lot during the relationship class and the PTS class. We will definitely be using the skills and tools we learned for the rest of our lives. We also got to meet our military families and watch our children bond was great. I would recommend this retreat to anyone listening.” Jessica, Army veteran, Snow Mountain Ranch retreat
