Missy Hyatt, CTRS

Chief Programs Officer

With over 15 years of dedicated service, she has grown alongside the organization, beginning in 2011 in a contract role as the Youth Program Coordinator and steadily advancing to her current position as Chief Program Officer. In this leadership role, she oversees all retreat teams, ensures the quality and consistency of programming, and leads the ongoing development and refinement of curriculum. Her work plays a key role in shaping the organization’s therapeutic retreat experiences and maintaining their impact.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Leisure Services with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation and has been a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) since 2006. Her professional background reflects a deep commitment to therapeutic programming and meaningful client experiences.

She lives in NW Arkansas with her husband and son, where she enjoys the pursuit of a leisure lifestyle with her family.
