Our Team

Tracy Cullinan joined Project Sanctuary in 2019. She is a dedicated military spouse for over a decade, deeply committed to supporting and empowering fellow military families. Throughout her years of service alongside her husband, Tracy has held numerous leadership positions within Family Readiness Groups (FRGs) and spouses’ organizations, helping to build strong, connected communities wherever they are stationed.

Professionally, Tracy brings almost 20 years of experience in development and marketing within the nonprofit sector. She has worked with large national voluntary health organizations, notably as a Senior Development Director at the American Heart Association, and, for the past ten years, has focused her career in the military-serving organization space—combining her professional expertise with her personal passion for the military community.

Currently, Tracy and her husband are stationed at Pearl Harbor, where they enjoy island life and adventures with their three young children, until the next chapter of their military journey begins.
