Jennifer is a transformational leader with a demonstrated history across multiple industries. Her experience includes strategic planning, large-scale technology deployments, and data-driven decision making, which have been applied to improve mental health delivery in rural Colorado counties, provide access to food in underserved communities, address opioid misuse, and ensure that military families receive the care that they need. Most recently, Jennifer came from the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry where she led the IT-enablement of a multi-year Supply Chain Transformation across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
She first connected with Project Sanctuary when she attended a Gold Star Family retreat with her children in 2009. Her first husband, a Marine helicopter pilot, was killed in an aircraft mishap in 2007. Her family continues to serve with her current husband a member of the Colorado National Guard, one son a tanker at Fort Bliss and the other preparing to leave for BCT this summer. Understanding the stressors of life as a military family, the grief of loss, and the struggles of adjusting to life after the military allows her to bring relatable experience to Project Sanctuary Families.
In her role as Chief Administration Officer, Jennifer is dedicated to ensuring that Project Sanctuary will be a lifeline for military families today and for those generations that continue to step forward to serve.
