Granby, CO – Project Sanctuary is honored to announce the appointment of JJ Tabone as their new Chief Administration Officer to help support the nonprofit’s work changing the way military families heal and move forward in life.

“Project Sanctuary and I are thrilled to welcome JJ Tabone as our Chief Administrative Officer”, said Project Sanctuary Founder and CEO Heather Ehle. “After conducting a robust search and considering many excellent candidates, we are very happy to welcome JJ to team. JJ’s professionalism and experience managing growth made him stand out as the right person for the C.A.O. role.”

JJ Tabone is an accomplished business leader and has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has provided support and oversight to facets of businesses including developing business models and budgets, developing revenue and marketing strategies, and mentoring leaders. His experience includes working alongside large real estate investment trusts as well as smaller ownership groups and includes oversight of annualized revenues in excess of $70 million.

JJ loves spending time with his wife and their two children enjoying long walks, running and football, especially cheering on the New England Patriots. JJ has faithfully served at New Beginnings of Central Florida, where he taught classes on life and job skills to the homeless. He has also partnered with New Beginnings to provide weekly one-on-one mentorship to their residents, which focuses on finding and retaining employment and general life skills.
